About this tool
What this tool does
Compare two versions of a text and get a unified diff of every changed line, with SHA-256 fingerprints of both versions, entirely in your browser.
Limits and safe use
Up to 100,000 characters per version. Line endings are normalized, and vertical tab, form feed and Unicode line or paragraph separators also count as line breaks; nothing else is changed or ignored. Review the report before relying on it. It is a deterministic check, not a certification, and it does not send data to a server or a model.
